She is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Dayton) Brown, her sons, Ray (Rhonda) Vestal and Sam (Sylvia) Vestal. Vestal, her brother, Henry Dinkins, and granddaughter, Jeanna Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Hillary E. She loved and enjoyed her Grandchildren and her GREAT Grandchildren. She was born on Octoin Madisonville, KY to James D. at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She was a faithful member of Forbush Friends Meeting and served on many committees as long as her health permitted her attendance. Megan Crabtree Gish, 33, of Ashland, KY passed away on Friday, Februat 4:24 p.m. Avonelle retired from the Yadkin Valley Economic Development District (YVEDDI) as Finance Officer, she served as Secretary/Treasurer of Richmond Hill Law School. She was born and was the daughter of Delbert and Vera Dinkins.
